What participants say about Diane:

"Diane's keynote presentation I'm Right, You're Wrong, brought difficult communication issues to our attention in a way that was both clever and positive. Her presentation was non-confrontational, humorous, and fully human. We were able to implement some of what we learned immediately at work and we began to `playfully', call each other on our ineffective behaviours."
"I found Diane to be very enthusiastic, engaging and real."
"Diane has an energetic, upbeat manner which engages people in learning. Her use of personal examples to illustrate the theory connects well with the audience. She weaves knowledge about leadership, communication, and self-awareness into her talk, in a way that invites interest and discussion."
