You will learn new approaches, tools and skills and will be given a framework for preparing and navigating your most challenging conversations and negotiations to keep them in productive territory. You will learn to deal with strong emotions and difficult tactics in negotiations; and learn to disagree when the stakes are high. One hour includes aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations and/or practice management.

You will learn new approaches, tools and skills, and will be given a framework for preparing and navigating your most challenging conversations and negotiations. One hour includes aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations and/or practice management.
Tips and Tricks: Succeeding at challenging Conversations and Negotiations
(1.5 – 2 CPD Credits)
You will learn Tips and Tricks on how to prepare for and navigate challenging conversations and how to keep these conversations or negotiations on track. Thirty minutes includes aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations and/or practice management.
