Take some time to do some reflection, to look at what you want to accomplish this year and then create a vision for yourself. This can be a written document, a vision board, a piece of art. The medium is not important; it is the inspiration it creates in you. No more resolutions which have usually gone by the wayside but rather a reason for why you do what you do (and why you won’t do certain things if they don’t align with your vision). Have fun with this – there is no limit to our potential to become the person we truly want to be!
